Section 5(2) in University of Bikaner (Change of Name) Act, 2009
(2)Notwithstanding such repeal, all things done, actions taken or orders made under the principal Act as amendment by the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done, or made under the principal Act as amended by this Act.The Schedule(See Section 3)Section 1. - In sub-section (1), for the existing expression The University of Bikaner the expression "The Maharaja Ganga Singh University, Bikaner Act" shall be substituted.Section 2. - For clause (1), the following clause shall be substituted, namely:-
