Section 9(6) in Jammu and Kashmir Saffron Rules, 2018
(6)The person importing saffron shall enter the details of imported dried saffron on arrival in the Stock Register and such saffron shall be packed, sealed and labeled a per the prescribed standards with an intimation to the Registration Authority.
