Section 22 in The West Bengal Livestock Improvement Act, 1954
22. Penalty.
- Whoever contravenes any of the provisions of this Act or of any rules framed thereunder shall be punishable with fine which may extend to one hundred rupees, and in the case of a second or any subsequent offence with fine which may extend to five hundred rupees.
