The parties are directed to appear before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre along with their counsel, if so advised, on 28.11.2022 at 03:00 PM.
The Mediation Centre shall appoint a seasoned Mediator to assist the parties in arriving at an amicable resolution of all the outstanding disputes between the parties.
To await the report of the Mediator, list before the Court on 07.03.2023.
Copy of the order be sent to the Secretary, Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, for information and compliance.
