Section 2(2) in The Shimla Road Users and Pedestrians (Public Safety and Convenience) Act, 2007
(2)All other words and expressions used, but not defined in this Act and defined in the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (59 of 1988), shall have the same meaning respectively assigned to them in that Act.
