Section 31 in Bihar Electricity Regulatory Commission (Standards of Performance of Distribution Licensee) Regulations, 2006
31. Repeal.
- (i) All orders and directions pertaining to the standards of performance of distribution Licensee issued so far by the Licensee shall stand repealed from the date of publication of these Regulations.(ii)Notwithstanding such repeal, the action taken under the earlier Regulations, orders and directions shall remain valid.
