Section 6(9A)(1) in THE COASTAL AQUACULTURE AUTHORITY (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2023

(1)The Central Government may appoint an officer of such rank, as it considers fit, to be a Secretary of the Authority, in such manner and subject to such terms and conditions as may be prescribed.
