(1A)In particular, and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, such rules may provide for all or any of the following matters, namely:—(a)the procedure to be followed in making applications under section 20A and the fees payable in respect of such application;(b)the qualifications and experience of persons to be appointed as Chief Inspectors, Deputy Chief Inspectors and Inspectors;(c)the manner in which appeals may be preferred to the Board, the fees payable in respect of appeals and the procedure to be followed of disposing such appeals;(d)the term of office of the members and the manner in which they shall be nominated under clauses (b) and (c) of sub-section (2) of section 27A;(e)the qualifications and experience of the Technical Adviser;(f)for requiring boilers to be under the charge of persons holding certificate of proficiency or competency and for prescribing the conditions on which such certificate may be granted;(g)the manner in which and the person who shall conduct inquiry into the accident.]
