Section 24(1) in The Tamil Nadu Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Rules, 1991
(1)Every application for grant or renewal or duplicate of a licence under section 8 of the Act shall be in Form 1 and to operate as a broker, weighman, measurer, trader and warehouseman in Form 2 and subject to the conditions specified therein.
