This contempt petition was filed complaining violation of the order dated 5th
December, 2016 whereby the respondent No3 (present alleged contemnor) was directed to
supply of photocopy/digitized date of the petitioner's OMR answer sheet within a periof of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.
Mr. Banerjee submits that although the said direction could not be complied with strictly within the time frame but ultimately, the OMR answer sheet is ready for handing over to the petitioner and he has handed over a copy of the same in Court today to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and said that the OMR answer sheet is forwarded by the Secretary of Government of West Bengal, Primary Education under his covering letter addressing to Banani Naskar, the petitioner.
Accordingly, nothing remains to proceed with the contempt petition. The contempt application is dropped.
The application being, C.P.A.N. No.229 of 2017 is thus, disposed of. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on priority basis.
