37. Application for inclusion in the practitioners list.
- Such persons who are desirous to include their names in the list of practitioners under sub-section (2) of Section 28 of the Act may apply to the Registrar in Form VII together with a fees of Rs. 50. The Registrar after being satisfied with the application shall include his name in the practitioners list and intimate the same to the person concerned.
