Section 11(1) in Himachal Pradesh Waqf Rules, 2016
(1)The Election Authority shall obtain the list of persons eligible to vote in the categories mentioned in sub-clauses (i), (ii), (iii) and (iv) of clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 14 from the officers specified in sub-rule (2) of this rule and the list of such persons subject to any modification as per rule 12 shall form the Electoral College for that category and the persons whose names find place in the list, shall be electors for that category of members.
