Section 114(a) in The Rajasthan Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2009
(a)no rope is used for building or other construction work unless-(i)it is of good quality and free from patent defects; and(ii)in the case of wire rope, it has been tested and examined by a competent person in the manner specified in Schedule-II
