87. Powers of corporation as to acquisition of property
-The corporation shall, for the purpose of this Act, have power to acquire and hold movable and immovable property, whether within or without the limits of [Brihan Mumbai] [These words were substituted for the words 'Greater Bombay' by Maharashtra 25 of 1996, (w.e.f. 4.9.1996).].
