In the present proceedings, before the High Court, what was challenged was rejecting the review application (M.A). The Tribunal as well as the High Court have dealt with the same by observing that the additional grounds were nothing but original issues related to the reduction of the profit. Under the circumstances, it cannot be said that the learned Tribunal committed any error while rejecting the review application. The High Court has rightly dismissed the writ petition.

The Special Leave Petitions stand dismissed.
