Order No. 11.09.2025 01. 1. Heard learned counsel for the Parties.
2. By means of this application, the Petitioner seeks the indulgence of this Court for a direction to the Opposite Party Nos.2 & 3 to proceed with the investigation to be carried on by a Senior Police Officer in connection with the death of the brother of the Petitioner.
3. Mr. Chand, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the complaint has been lodged on the basis of allegations of foul play in the death of the deceased, as apparently it shows that the death is not by suicidal hanging.
4. Having regard to the nature of the complaint and the fact that, on the basis of the initial complaint of the Petitioner, U.D. Case No.105 of 2025 has already been undertaken, while no further direction is required to be passed herein, the Petitioner is at liberty to approach the Jurisdictional Magistrate by way of a complaint for redressal of the grievance being the appropriate forum.
5. The CRLMP accordingly stands disposed of.
