Section 17(2) in Punjab Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Rules, 1973
(2)The application referred to in sub-rule (1) shall be accompanied by a treasury receipt showing payment of the fees at the rates prescribed in rule 26 for the registration of the establishment .
