Section 44BJ(1) in The Bihar Co-operative Societies Act, 1935
(1)The Managing Committee of the State Co-operative Bank or a Central Co-operative Bank shall have such number of professionals as members having the professional qualifications or experience as may be stipulated by Reserve Bank of India.
