(14)When the portion left behind is cleared by a locomotive sent from the station in rear to pull it back, the Loco pilot on return shall stop opposite the first Stop signal when approaching from the established direction or at the last Stop signal of the opposite direction whichever comes first and thereafter received in accordance with rule 218.
