Section 91 in The Daman And Diu Panchayat Regulation, 2012
91. Administrative report.
- The Chief Executive Officer of District Panchayat shall prepare annually a report on the administration of the District Panchayat for the previous year in such manner as may be prescribed and after it is approved by the District Panchayat it shall be submitted to the Administrator through Secretary Panchayat.
