(b)On those portions of the river above the aforesaid point and on those portions of its tributaries as aforesaid which adjoin or are within the East Almora Division, the West Almora Division and the Naini Tal Division of the Kumaun Circle by the Divisional Forest Officers of those divisions respectively.
