64. Continuance of the Statutes and Regulations.
- Until the Statutes and Regulations are made under the appropriate provisions of this Act, the Statutes and Regulations made under the provisions of the Karnataka Universities of Agricultural Sciences Act, 1963 and in force, immediately before the commencement of this Act, shall subject to such adaptations or modifications as may be made therein by the Vice-Chancellor with the approval of the Chancellor and in so far as they are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act be deemed to be the Statutes and Regulations made under this Act by the University.
