02/ 04-07-2013Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State.
The petitioner is languishing in custody since 09.04.2013 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304, 279, 337, 338, 427, 290 of the Indian Penal Code, 183, 184, 190(1), 187, 194 of Motor Vehicles Act, sections 16 and 18 of The Bonded Labour System (Abolition) Act, 1976t and section 14(1) of The Child Labour (Prohibtion and Regulation) Act, 1986.
It is alleged that the 14 labourers died while travelling on a truck due to the drunk driving of the driver.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was the cleaner of the truck and the thrust of accusation is against the driver.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25063 of 2013 (2) dt.04-07-2013 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad (M) P.S. Case No. 07 of 2013.
