Both the petitioners are present in person. They are stated to be major.

Notice of motion to respondents No.1 to 3 only. On the asking of the Court, Mr. Gurveer Sidhu, AAG, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to supply three copies of the paper book to learned State counsel during the course of day.

In view of the order which is proposed to be passed, no reply is required to be filed by the State.

In view of the limited prayer made in this petition without SURESH KUMAR 2015.08.11 16:31 CRM No.M-26569 of 2015 2 accepting the validity of marriage or the correctness of ages of the petitioners, this petition is disposed of with the direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to consider the representation dated 09.08.2015 (Annexure P-4) of the petitioners and analyse threat perception and take appropriate steps, in accordance with law.

It is made clear that if a complaint for criminal offence or an FIR is pending, this order shall not cause any hindrance in those proceedings.
