Heard Sri Surya Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri R.K.Maurya for opposite party No.2.
Petitioner says that his name was recommended by the Village Education Committee and duly forwarded to the Basic Shiksha Adhikari. The matter is pending with the District level Committee headed by the District Magistrate as Chairman.
There appears to be only lack of initiative by the District Magistrate that the petitioner's case has not been considered. Accordingly, the District Magistrate is directed to look into the matter and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law say within a period of one month from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him.
With these observations the petition stands disposed of.
