(4)The way permit in Form III shall be in duplicate, the original shall be given in exchange for the permit of the Government of Andhra Pradesh, Mysore1 or Kerala or the permit in Form I or II, as the case may be, and the duplicate shall be retained by the Officer-in-charge of the checking station.
