Section 34(1) in Himachal Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2005
(1)The applicant shall, within seven days from the date of admission and numbering of the application, publish a notice of the application in the form specified in Form CB-17 (Annexure-XV) with such particulars and in such manner as the Commission may direct.
