(4)It shall be lawful for the State Government to abolish, leave unfilled, or hold in abeyance, any vacant post of teachers or other employees of any Scheduled College or national Homoeopathic Medical College or colleges combined or amalgamated under clause (b) or clause (bb) of sub-section (2) and no person shall be entitled to claim any appointment in such post.] [Inserted by U.
