Section 10(j) in Haryana Passenger Transport Scheme, 2003
(j)The routes for allotment to the applicants shall be recommended by the above Committee to the State Transport Authority, Haryana, i.e., the State Transport Controller, Haryana, on the basis of highest bids equivalent to the number of permits.
