Section 13(2) in Professor Jayashankar Telangana State Agricultural University Act, 1963
(2)The salary and allowances payable to the Registrar and the conditions of service shall be such as may be prescribed;Provided that the conditions of service of the Registrar shall not be varied to his disadvantage after his appointment.
