Section 31A in The Gujarat Agricultural Produce Markets Act, 1963
31A. Special provisions relating to private market and other markets.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in any other provisions of this Act, the provisions contained in this Chapter shall apply to the private marker, special market, e-market, direct purchase market, farmer-consumer market and contract farming.
