1. As per office noting, nothing fresh has been filed.
2. List of properties of JDs in terms of the order dated 18.02.2020 has not been filed on behalf of DH.
3. Ld. Counsel for DH has submitted that the properties of JDs have been attached in view of the order of Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in proceedings of some other matter and hence, no list of properties of JDs has been filed. She has further submitted that the matter may be placed before the Hon'ble Court where she would make her further submissions.
4. At request, let the matter be placed before the Hon'ble Court for further directions on 08th November, 2023.
