Section 11(a) in Chhattisgarh State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Redressal of Grievances of Consumers) Regulations, 2011
(a)The member(s) at 10(a)(i) and 10(a)(ii) above shall be appointed by the licensee for a period of 2 years which can be extended for the further period upto two years. These members shall not be replaced during this period, except with the prior approval of the Commission. However in case of regular employee of the licensee, he will demit office of Forum from the date of his superannuation from the service of licensee.
