(8)The rows of motor cars racing the screen shall be provided in the form of an arc of a circle. To prevent traffic hazards, all motor cars entering the premises of the cinema shall enter on a service lane with a capacity to hold one-fifth of the maximum capacity of motor cars that can be accommodated in the cinema. The cars shall not enter from, or exit on to a public road, directly.
