Section 1 in Bihar Excise (Mahua Flowers) Rules, 2006
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)These Rules may be called the Bihar Excise (Mahua Flowers) Rules, 2006.(2)They shall extend to the whole of the State of Bihar, where the Bihar Excise Act, 1915 is in force.(3)They shall come into force at once.
