Section 18(3) in The Orissa Veterinary Practitioners Rules, 1976
(3)The Registrar shall send to any Veterinary Practitioner who has not paid his renewal fees by the due date, a demand notice for payment thereof, followed by two reminders at thirty days interval by registered post with acknowledgement due addressed to the Veterinary Practitioner at his address recorded in the register.
