Order 04/09/2021 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue involved in this writ petition has been considered by the Coordinate Bench of this Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.13310/2020 (Vikas Pvt. ITI and Ors. Vs. The State of Rajasthan and Anr.) wherein on 14.12.2020 the following order was passed:
"Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that in the writ petition being SBCWP No.12514/2020, order dated 03.11.2020 while issuing notices to the respondents has passed stay order.
Issue notice. Issue notice of the stay application as well.
Mr. Manish Vyas, learned AAG is directed to accept notice on behalf of the respondents.
In the meanwhile, the respondents are restrained to insist for renewal of bank guarantee from the petitioner-institutions and further they are restrained to take any action against them. Connect with SBCWP No.12345/2020."
