Section 23(1) in THE PRE-NATAL DIAGNOSTIC TECHNIQUES (REGULATION AND PREVENTION OF MISUSE) AMENDMENT ACT, 2002
(1)If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of the Pre- natal Diagnostic Techniques (Regulation and Prevention of Misuse) Amendment Act, 2002 , the Central Government may, by order published in the Offici l Gazette, make such provisions not inconsistent with the provisions of the said Act as appear to it to be necessary or expedient for removing the difficulty: Provided that no order shall be made under this section after the expiry of a period of three years from the date of commencement of the Pre- natal Diagnostic Techniques (Regulation and Prevention of Misuse) Amendment Act, 2002 .
