(2)Subject to the provisions of the Code and the rules framed thereunder, the provisions of Uttar Pradesh Record of Rights (Computerization) Rules, 2005 as amended from time to time shall, mutatis mutandis, apply to the Record of Rights to be maintained under the Code and the rules framed thereunder.
