10. Appeal to the Tribunal.
(1)On receipt of an appeal preferred under subsection (3) of section 11, the Tribunal shall cause a notice in Form No. 9 to be published requiring all persons, who have applied to the Assistant Settlement Officer under section 8 or 9 or filed statement before the Assistant Settlement Officer in the course of the enquiry under sub-section, to appear before it.(2)A copy of the notice shall be served on the applicant, the Tahsildar and every other person affected by the appeal, by sending the notice to the individual concerned by registered post.(3)A copy of the final order of the Tribunal shall be communicated to the appellant, the respondent and the Tahsildar.
