Section 21(1) in The Hyderabad (Abolition of Jagirs) Regulation, 1358 Fasli
(1)Save with the previous sanction of Government, no civil or criminal proceedings shall be instituted against the Jagir Administrator or any other public servant in respect of anything done or purporting to have been done under this Regulation.
