1. The Department of Atomic Energy (DAE) is not present despite service. We are saying so since the Advocate representing the Respondent No.1 (BARC) states that though DAE has asked BARC to represent them in the matter, they have not filed Vakalatnama in their favour, nor have they received any instructions from the DAE in the matter. In view thereof, a responsible officer/s from DAE shall remain present before this Court on the adjourned date.
2. The learned Advocate representing the Respondent No.1 has tendered a copy of the letter dated 9th March, 2021 signed by the Chief Executive, NRB along with some exhibits. BARC shall file its Affidavit before the adjourned date and place the said documents on Affidavit and also state on Affidavit the status of the minutes of SSP 1/2 6 wp 6373 of 2021.doc the Tender Evaluation Committee.
3. Stand over to 22nd November, 2021.
