Section 3 in Kerala Munnar Special Tribunal (Procedure) Regulations, 2011
3. Venue of the Tribunal.
(1)The Tribunal shall ordinarily hold its sittings in the office located at Munnar.(2)The Tribunal may also hold camp sittings at such other places in the State upon the orders of the Chairman considering the exigencies of individual cases and in public interest.
