Section 2(b) in The Tamil Nadu Agricultural Labourers-Farmers (Social Security and Welfare) Scheme, 2006
(b)"agricultural labourer" means, any person in the age group of 18 to 65 years, engaged to work in agricultural or allied agricultural operations for wages but who does not own any land;
