Section 285 in The Naval Ceremonial, Conditions Of Service And Miscellaneous Regulations, 1964
285. Training ashore.
- All training and courses of instruction whether professional, technical or educational held in shore establishments for boys and men of all branches, and all examinations, shall be organised and carried out under the direct supervision of the Captain of the establishment concerned. The training shall be carried out in accordance with prescribed orders.
