(2)In particular, and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, such rules may provide for all or any of the following matters, namely:—(b)the procedure to be followed in arbitrations and the principles to be followed in apportioning the costs of proceedings before the arbitrator and on appeal referred to in section 29;(c)the manner of publication and service of notices referred to in sub-section (1) of section 30.
