Section 74(3) in The Maharashtra Animal and Fishery Sciences University Act, 1998
(3)All Statutes made by any Krishi Vidyapeeths relating to the Veterinary Dairy and Fishery Faculties shall in so far as they are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, continue to be in force and be deemed to have been made under this Act until they are superseded or modified by the Statutes made under this Act.
