(d)"Local Officer" means the Joint Director/Deputy Director, Government of Chhattisgarh, Veterinary Services/Veterinary Assistant Surgeon (Registered with the Veterinary Council), who are officers working in Division/District/Development Block Level/Sub-Inspector Police/ Inspector Police/Tehsildar/Naib Tehsildar/Commissioner, Municipal Corporation/Chief Municipal Officer/Panchayat Officer and Agricultural Cattle Welfare Officer.
