(2)If the person concerned fails to pay the amount, such amount shall he recovered as arrears of land revenue and credited to the funds of the Panchayat [or Gram Nirman Samiti and Gram Vikas Samiti] [Inserted by M.P. Act No. 16 of 2004 (w.e.f. 1-1-2005).] [or Committee of Gram Sabha] [Inserted by M.P. Act No. 18 of 2007 (w.e.f. 4-7-2007).] concerned.
