Section 22(1) in The M.P. Standards of Weights and Measures (Enforcement) Rules, 1989
(1)Every person using a beam scale in any transaction in his premises shall suspend the same to a stand or to a chain by a hook :Provided that this sub-rule shall not apply to it itinerant vendors.
